Who we are

The Care Together Programme Board was established in summer 2015, to ensure the smooth transition from the current to the new system of health and care. Its responsibilities include managing risks; ensuring patient quality and safety is at the heart of all the changes, overseeing the development of the models of care and engaging staff and the public.

The board meets at least once a month and reports to the Health & Wellbeing Board, the body responsible for improving the health and wellbeing of the people of Tameside and Glossop. You can read more about the Programme Board in the Documents section of this website.
